Woman Charged in San Antonio South Side Stabbing of 66-Year-Old Man

A woman is in custody after allegedly stabbing a 66-year-old man during a fight on San Antonio’s south side early Monday morning.

Police responded to the area of Art Wall Way near Mitchell Lake shortly after 3 a.m. following reports of the incident. Investigators said the victim was engaged in a physical altercation with another person when the woman became involved and stabbed him.

The man was transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. The woman has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Police said the investigation remains active.
