Lebanon County Man Waives Hearing in Case Over Alleged ‘Hit List’ Targeting State Officials

A local man accused of posting a threat list targeting nearly two dozen elected state leaders appeared in court this morning, where he waived his preliminary hearing.

Adam Berryhill, 42, is charged with making terroristic threats against 20 elected officials. Police allege that Berryhill posted what they described as a hit list on social media.

By waiving the preliminary hearing, Berryhill’s case has now been transferred to Common Pleas Court for further proceedings. He remains in custody at Lebanon County.
