One Man Killed, Another Critically Injured in Edgewater Shooting

CHICAGO, Illinois — One man was killed and another was critically injured in a shooting Thursday morning in the Edgewater neighborhood.

The incident occurred just after 7 a.m. on Tome Avenue near Galewood Avenue. Police said the two men were outside at the time of the shooting.

Officers recovered two guns at the scene. Police have not made any arrests at this time and have not disclosed whether the men were shooting at each other or were shot by someone else.
